SwadhinPOS is a point-of-sale (POS) software designed for businesses such as retail shops, pharmacies, restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. Our features include inventory management, sales reporting, multi-branch support, WooCommerce integration, and user-friendly dashboards. We may update or modify features from time to time to enhance performance.
User Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities carried out under your account. In case of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately.
Subscription & Payments
SwadhinPOS offers monthly, 6-month, and yearly subscription plans. Payments are securely processed in BDT or supported currencies. All fees are non-refundable, except under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Free Trial
We provide a 30-day free trial with full feature access. After the trial ends, you must subscribe to continue using the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SwadhinPOS for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting to hack the system, reverse-engineer the software, redistribute or resell the product, or disrupt service functionality. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination.
Data Ownership & Privacy
All business data entered into SwadhinPOS belongs to you. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is only used to provide and improve our services. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, occasional downtime due to maintenance or technical issues may occur. SwadhinPOS is not responsible for any losses, delays, or damages caused by system outages.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms. Upon termination, you may request a copy of your data before it is permanently deleted.
Limitation of Liability
SwadhinPOS is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, business interruptions, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of SwadhinPOS means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
